SENIOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER - w/m Paris-based and part-remote role

We are looking for a motivated and meticulous individual. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to frame and manage their projects. This role involves multiple technical and functional teams management to drive projects from conception to realization.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Project Scoping and Planning :
You will define projects scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. You will develop full-scale project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources allocation models. You will identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths including IT / Business impact analysis.

Project Execution and Coordination :
You will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project execution aligns with the plan. You will manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. You will make yourself sure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Client Interaction and Stakeholder Management :
You will maintain constant communication with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into project goals. You will communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner. You will liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Risk Management :
You will conduct risk assessments, identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans. You will monitor and report on project risks and enact risk mitigation strategies as necessary.

Reporting and Documentation :
You will document projects progress and you will communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. You will develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Quality Assurance :
You will ensure the project outputs are of high quality, meeting and exceeding industries standards. You will implement and oversee quality assurance protocols.

Budget Management :
You will develop and track project budgets. You will negotiate with vendors and contractors for resources and materials as necessary.

Profil recherché pour cette offre d'emploi

- You have a Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering's degree, Information Technology, or related field.
- You have + 5 years experience in project management, specifically in CRM implementation and client transformation environments.
- You have a strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in customer-centric businesses.
- You have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Your Salesforce knowledge is a big plus.
- You have experience working in Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- You're fluent in French and English.
