STORE & LIVEOPS PERFORMANCE MANAGER - f/h
This position is based in Paris (75009) on a part remote base.

Le Poste Marketing

As Store & LiveOps Performance Manager, you will report to the Head of Marketing. You will define and monitor the global Promotional Strategy for our games on first and second-parties platforms (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Epic, Steam, Apple, Google, …) to maximize their discoverability and revenue.

Your main missions and responsibilities include :

- Define and optimize merchandising, trade and promotions policies for each stores staying ahead of the digital distribution trends.
- Be one of the main contact person for various internal and external teams (publishing, development, digital stores, licensing teams).
- Organize data collecting, dashboarding and data vizualization to be able to conduct the most apropriate analysis regarding our digital distribution.
- Be part of planning / promotional projects on all platforms and negotiate planning schedules and pricings together with the various stakeholders (internal production team, first and second-parties, partners, etc.)
- Plan and coordinate digital content offers and releases in collaboration with marketing and business teams.
- Analyse, report and optimize with a creative and data-driven approach (sales, DAU, attach rate etc…) to drive business decisions and strategies, especially when it comes to LiveOPS / GaaS titles for which sustain and retention are keys to success.

Profil recherché pour cette offre d'emploi

- Excellent knowledge of the video game industry.
- Passion for video games, especially indie games and retrogaming.
- Dedicated attention to details.
- 5+ years of experience as Store / Analytics Manager in video games or the entertainment industry.
- MBA in marketing and/or data science.
- Knowledge in recently new gaming business models (GaaS, LiveOps, etc) is mandatory.
- Knowledge in Early Access is a plus.
- Keen eye for strategies.
- Very proactive and independent.
- Fluent in English.
- Likes analyzing numbers and stats.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills both internally and externally.
