This position is based in Paris (75009) on a part remote base.
Le Poste Marketing
As Brand Manager, you will report to the Head of Marketing. You will define and carry out the global Marketing Strategy for a portfolio of our games to maximize their discoverability and revenue.Your main missions and responsibilities include :
Participate in crafting the best marketing strategies with the whole team and our partners.
Manage marketing projects on a daily basis :
- Crafting the best marketing strategies in line with the overhall strategy.
- Facilitate all operational aspects and execute and follow marketing plans, including all aspects ranging from strategy to promotion, review, and approval.
- Direct contact with partners (studios, agencies, distributors, etc.).
- Partner with multiple studios and agencies to create top-notch publishing programs to increase games discoverability.
- Ensure that marketing assets, web content, and community materials are of the highest standard and representative of a player-focused approach.
Use multiple objective and subjective methods to continually develop and optimize branding and marketing.
Research and communicate current market trends and competitive activity company-wide.
Adopt a creative and data-driven approach (sales, DAU, attach rate etc…) to drive business decisions and strategies, especially when it comes to LiveOPS / GaaS titles for which sustain and retention are keys to success.
Profil recherché pour cette offre d'emploi
- Excellent knowledge of the video game industry.- Passion for video games, especially indie games and retrogaming.
- Dedicated attention to details.
- 4+ years of experience as Brand Manager or in Marketing and/or Communication and/or Project Management in video games or the entertainment industry.
- Bachelor in marketing and/or project management.
- Successfull experience in LiveOps / Gaas and knowledge in recently new gaming business models (GaaS, Free-To-Play, Freemium, Mobile Gaming, etc) is mandatory.
- Keen eye for strategies.
- Very proactive and independent.
- Good team player
- Fluent in English.
- Likes analyzing numbers and stats.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills both internally and externally.
